  • Junior League’s first President Cup won by under 14 side

  • Bob Lindner play’s Under 12’s. Club wins 3 Premierships and 2 Semi Finals
  • Named Minor Club B.R.L.

1975

  • 4 teams win Presidents Cup & 3 teams minor premiers
  • 7 teams make the finals, Under 8, 15 & 16 Premiers
  • First Senior team Under 23’s
  • Under 8’s first minor team to win consecutive premierships
  • Runners-Up Championship Club

1976

  • 5 teams win Presidents Cup 4 teams Minor premiers
  • 10 teams make the finals 4 win Premierships
  • Under 23’s win the clubs first Senior Premiership

1977

  • Lease between Pine Rivers Shire Council & Pine Rivers Leagues Club signed
  • 4 teams win Presidents Cup 6 teams make the finals
  • Richard Meyers plays A Grade for Redcliffe

1978

  • 3 teams win Presidents Cup 4 teams make the Grand Final and 1 wins Premiership
  • The first Entertainment Sub-Committee is formed.

1979

  • Lease on the grounds was signed. (January)
  • Clubs 10th year

1980

  • Miss Pine Rivers Mellisa Gorringe wins Miss B.R.L.

1981

  • Clubhouse Foundations commenced

  • Under 21’s Premiers

  • Clubhouse walls completed

  • Clubs 15th year

1985

  • Gavin Jones & Robbie Clark make Redcliffe A Grade
  • Robbie is team Captain and becomes Club Captain at Redcliffe
  • Pouring of Clubhouse ceiling (floor for future extension)

1986

  • Downstairs toilets, rooms, windows & floor coverings completed

1987

  • Clubhouse painted

1988

  • Under 19 Premiers

1989

  • New Canteen Built & old Canteen demolished

1990

  • Canteen opened
  • The Club becomes incorporated now known as “Pine Rivers Junior League Club Inc.”
  • Clubs 21st Birthday Celebrations

1991

  • A combined Under 8 side wins the Richie Pollock Shield in the Under 8 carnival

1992

  • Under 11’s win President Flag, Minor Premiers & Premiers

1993

  • Club decides to go ahead with extensions to the clubhouse

  • Clubs 25th year
  • Club extensions completed to lock up stage
  • Lee Earl named XXXX 2nd Division Player of the Year

1995

  • Inaugural Miss Pine Rivers Ball held at Clubhouse
  • Under 11’s Premiers
  • Dane Campbell is selected to represent Qld in the Under 12 Primary Schoolboys side.
  • Rolt Lamb named XXX 2nd Division Player of the Year
  • Internal Walls Lined.

  • Opens win the inaugural Pine Shire Cup
  • David Harmon is selected to represent Qld in the Under 12 Primary Schoolboys side
  • Inside Clubhouse painted. Clubhouse Painted & Toilets Tiled

  • Oldboys Bar built & Carpet laid in clubhouse

Club and rugby league cease to operate 12 March 2020; NRL/QRL return to play aligns with Queensland Sport and Recreation guidelines from 01 July 2020; condensed 10 week playing season – PRJLC senior and junior teams achieve compliance and return to play, albeit in a limited capacity.

  • Pine Rivers Bears Inaugural Season competing in the BRL A grade and BRL Reserve Grade competitions.
  • The Pine Rivers Bears are able to provide a direct rugby league pathway into the Intrust Super Cup and Hasting Deering U21’s for their Pine Rivers Junior and Senior players through a pathway agreement with the Redcliffe Dolphins.
  • Pine Rivers Bears are the Pine Cup 2020 winners.
  • Pine Rivers Bears BRL A Grade side make the 2020 BRL semi-finals.
